Job Description:

  • As a member of the support team you will communicate with all of our clients contracted to our dynamic technical support department
  • Provide feedback and develop custom functionality for our solutions
  • Contribute to cutting-edge software for data mining and decision support systems (merchandise planning, demand forecasting, supply chain planning, and others) for international customers
  • You will be trained on state-of-the-art decision support systems and data-analysis platforms
  • Based in Russia full-time- No travel required

Desired Skills:

  • At minimum, a post-graduate degree (MSc) in Computer Science or BSc in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience as a plus
  • Confident Unix/Linux user with Shell scripting understanding and experience
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish as a plus
